Last Week's Accomplishments

 

NIRCam Activities fro Week Ending 9/27/05

1) Resolution of RTCs continues (extrapolation of current
trend would have all closed by mid-Dec).
2) New solid model of the short wavelength FPA was produced.
3) U of Az personnel saw a demonstration of an off-the-shelf
surface measurement device with adequate working distance
to be used with our metrology dewar.
4) The DHAS that will also serve as the Arizona data archive
is now on-line and receiving copies of old test data.
5) Working with a Brush-Wellman consultant on selecting locking devices for bolts in the Be bench.
6) Have created a preliminary FAM baffle/cover design which will need iteration with the ISIM Team to avoid cones of light, etc.
