Last Week's Accomplishments

NIRCam Activities for Week Ending 7/19/05


1) Held a Stray Light TIM and identified missing requirements and areas where extra baffling would help if the instrument envelope could be expanded slightly.
2) Held a review of cryogenic refractive indices and settled on values for the ETU prescription which it is hoped will be the final prescription.
3) Produced simulations of deep surveys to check how far sensitivity can be relaxed and still identify first light objects.
4) Concluded contract negotiations for the "PAR2MAR" change.
5) Completed tech eval of 3-Month Slip proposal.
