Last Week's Accomplishments

NIRCam Activities for Week Ending 1/17/06

1) A second, simpler,  prototype for a discrete-wire SCA cable has been built and may become the baseline because Dynaco has slipped its delivery further.
2) ASIC testing at Hawaii is proceeding, and the preliminary tests
confirm that the last round of changes have fixed the problems with
operating at 37K.
3) All ETU lenses are well into production with the ZnSe already being
polished.
4) A vendor (Coastal Optical Systems) has been seleted for the PIL optics.
