This course is one of the options to satisfy the General Education requirements in science at the University of Arizona. These sections are taught around a web-based text that is also used as the core lecture notes. Correct answers for Tests 1,2, 3 are now posted (see below).
In class exercises and other class materials may be picked up from the table across the hall from Steward Rm. 262.
Scores for everything but the final are now posted. The maximum possible so far is 600 points.
Grades: You will be able to check your grades on-line using the user name and password distributed with your CDROM.
In Class Exercises:
From time to time, we will do short written exercises in class. The exact timing will depend on where there is a reasonable pause in the lectures, You will receive full credit for doing these exercises regardless of whether your answers are correct.
